WHERE WE'RE STARTING
]
CCG has spent nearly three decades building one of the most credible names in middle-market M&A, with a depth in the
green industry few firms can match. The hard work, level of detail, and effort CCG has put into building this company shows, and this package, timeline, and approach take that into consideration.
Our objective is to make sure every touchpoint (your brand, your website, your collateral, and the way your principals show up online) carries that exact same weight.
This document walks you through:
how we approach the work
the timeline and how we will execute it
what each piece includes
what we will track
what it costs, with the reasoning behind all of it
[
HOW WE WORK
]
A clear, four-stage process. Each stage produces something concrete for your team to review before we move forward.
Discovery & Research
Interviews with you and your team, a review of your current materials, a competitive audit of other M&A and green-industry advisors, and a clear map of your audiences.
Strategy & Positioning
Positioning, messaging, values, and voice and tone, refined with your team through revisions until it is right.
Design & Build
Identity application, website design and development, and the collateral system. The website is built in parallel and updated as the brand direction lands.
Capture & Activate
On-site photography and video, then the recurring programs (content, social, LinkedIn, Google profile) keep momentum once the foundation is live
Branding comes first, setting the standard that everything else is built on.
[
Scope By Area
]
The seven pillars of our project.
One
Brand Strategy & Positioning
•
The foundation, and the single highest-leverage piece, which is why it leads. A refresh and revamp built around your
existing logo, delivered as a complete 20-page brand guideline book.
[
Brand Strategy & Positioning
]
What's Included
Interviews with you and your team, market and competitor research, audience definition (sellers vs. buyers),
positioning and messaging framework, values, and voice and tone. The guideline book covers: logo system (primary
logos, clear space, minimum sizing, variations, co-branding and secondary lockups, and usage rules so only approved
artwork is ever used), color palette with Pantone, CMYK, and RGB values that meet ADA and WCAG AA contrast
standards, typography and hierarchy with usage rules, textures, sizing elements with their proportions and usage,
photography and videography direction (people, places, office settings, and what to avoid), icon styles, infographic and chart styles, banner styles, and a media and press contact page.
[
Brand Strategy & Positioning
]
What we track
What we are pushing for is adoption and consistency across every touchpoint. This is the standard the
website, collateral, and content are all measured against.
Two
Updated Website (Ultimate)
•
A credibility-first rebuild on a modern platform. For your buyers and sellers, the site does exactly what it should: it builds
trust, reflects the importance of the transactions you handle, and positions you as the people to go to.
[
Updated Website
]
What's Included
12+ custom pages, website strategy, information architecture and UX, design and development, conversion
copywriting, full SEO and AI-search optimization, customer-acquisition funnels, hosting, security, and any ADA
compliance or legal regulations required, plus unlimited ongoing updates and revisions to the site (new advisors, new posts, new case studies, new transactions, new data, and anything else that changes). The beta is built within 21 days, with a 7-day revision window and a launch-ready site in about 4 weeks.
[
Updated Website
]
What we track
Organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI and LLM visibility, funnel performance, contact-form conversions,
and page engagement.
Three
Google Business Profile Management
•
Distinct from SEO and from general Google Search. This is the local-trust layer that the right buyers and sellers always
check before they reach out.
[
Google Business Profile Management
]
What's Included
Keeping the profile accurate and correct, starting with fixing any issues or temporary statuses we have spotted.
In parallel, we build review-generation campaigns you can use to collect client reviews, manage and respond to reviews, and monitor for any incorrect or harmful reviews that could turn a potential client away.
[
Google Business Profile Management
]
What we track
Profile accuracy, review volume, rating trends, and search and call actions from the profile.
Four
Marketing Collateral & Graphic Design
•
The materials your team uses in every pitch and process, all built off the new brand kit. This area depends on how many sectors and one-pagers you need, so the pricing can be tailored as a fixed package or bundle once we get those details from you as we get on board and move forward.
[
Marketing Collateral & Graphic Design
]
What's Included
Company pitch decks, capabilities and sector one-pagers, the firm-overview piece, and anything else you need. We also handle signage and traditional trade-show kits (banners, foam boards, table covers, branded apparel, and anything else branded your company needs), and we can facilitate the ordering for you. We do not charge to place the order, only for the design, and we will give you competitive pricing on anything you need, including printed signage for the office. Custom or one-off graphic design is typically billed at an hourly rate.
[
Marketing Collateral & Graphic Design
]
What we track
Consistency and usage. Where it helps, the QR codes we generate are data-tracked. For example, every
business card can carry its own custom QR code per person, so you can see exactly whose card is getting scanned and
track the metrics behind it. The goal is that every piece CCG distributes looks deliberate and reinforces your positioning
and brand.
Five
•
We optimize the company page and the profiles of any principals, advisors, or team members who need it. For the company, the smart approach is posting four times per week, with full scheduling, posting, and engagement management handled by us.
[
]
What's Included
Any content, photography, or videography used here is covered inside your content production, so there is no separate cost. We will not run the same content on LinkedIn that we run on social platforms like Meta, because what works on each is different, so LinkedIn gets its own content plan and structure built for an M&A audience (market commentary, deal-environment insight, sector threads). Optimizing additional individual advisor pages is available as an add-on.
[
]
What we track
Profile growth, follower growth, impressions, engagement, inbound connection requests, and any lead funnels that flow out of it.
Six
Photography & Videography
•
High-quality, high-end photo and video content that is relationship-driven and highlights exactly that about CCG. It is produced on-site with you in Atlanta. Month 1 is a focused two-day production to capture everything the website and brand launch need. From Month 2 onward, you choose your ongoing cadence, one or two production days per month, and we can get into the specifics, the timing, and a good time to come up.
[
Photography & Videography
]
What's Included
In Month 1, production focuses on website and brand imagery so the site launches with authentic media. From Month 2 onward, your production days feed your social media content, LinkedIn posts, and anything else you post (Facebook and wherever else), all scheduled and posted by us. We handle the editing, posting, retention, and attention to detail, all with full confidentiality.
[
Photography & Videography
]
What we track
Assets delivered and their performance once live (video views, engagement, and use across the site and social).
Seven
Business Development & CRM
•
Turning visibility into pipeline, built around the long horizon M&A actually runs on. This is deliberately a later-phase
conversation.
[
Business Development & CRM
]
Our Approach
Your CRM is tied to your finances and the specifics of your business, and your sector carries real security and compliance requirements. So we start with discovery, an audit of what you run now and what has worked, and we revisit it in Month 3 once the brand and site are complete and we understand your operation. From there we recommend optimizing what you have, finding savings, or custom-building a CRM, advisor portal, or client login that integrates directly into your website.
[
Business Development & CRM
]
What we track
Pipeline volume, outreach response rates, nurture-to-meeting conversion, and the numbers that actually matter for a firm like yours, including customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime-value ratio (LTV). Scoped and priced once we have seen your setup.
[
Business Development & CRM
]
Advertising
Once the website and branding are done, if you want to explore paid advertising, our management is $750 per platform across Meta, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and LinkedIn, with the ad budget separate. That rate can be discounted when multiple platforms run together. Other channels such as mailers, signage, and email or text outreach are scoped and priced as needed. Once we are into the business development stage we will have a clear idea of what works and can cross that bridge when we get there.

Timeline
[
timeline
]
We have built a realistic, phased rollout: it establishes your foundation first, then uses that as the runway into the recurring work. At the scale of this project, the honest answer is that it cannot all be done correctly in a single month, so we sequence it the way it should actually be done.
Month One
What is Happening
Brand discovery, research, and interviews; positioning and messaging. The first phase of the brand guideline begins. Website build kicks off: beta design within 21 days, a 7-day revision window, launch-ready in about 4 weeks. First on-site production trip, focused on gathering website and brand imagery and branded content. Google Business Profile cleaned up and managed. Optional LinkedIn page cleanup and optimization can begin.
What You Will See
A first-phase brand guideline ready to review and walk through, a near-launch website, a corrected Google profile,
Month Two
What is Happening
Brand guideline finalized (1 to 2 weeks of revisions at the start of the month). Collateral and graphic design begins now that the guidelines are set, completed within the month depending on volume. Production shifts toward social content plus anything else you need. LinkedIn posting for the company begins.
What You Will See
Finalized brand guidelines, delivered collateral and graphics, LinkedIn posting live, and social content running.
Month Three & Beyond
What is Happening
The recurring engine is in full swing: continued LinkedIn posting, additional graphics as needed,
and continued website and content. Early in the month we have a clear read on business
development and outreach (ads, mailers, email and text outreach, and other strategies), and it
becomes the right time to look at CRM integration and site optimization
What You Will See
Ongoing content and presence, plus a grounded business development and CRM recommendation built on two months of
understanding your business.

Individual advisor LinkedIn posting management
$2,000 / mo (same as the company; profile optimization included, with a volume discount)

Starts at $1,000 / mo and folds your website in (replaces the $599 fee)
Custom development starts at $1,000 per month and replaces your standard website fee rather than adding to it. At this level the build is custom and your website is folded into it, so you are no longer paying the separate $599 website rate. Pricing starts at $1,000 and scales with scope. How we will work together.
Meetings.
Our meetings are built to have
a point: every one gives you a clear update on what we are doing, what we are working on, what is completed, what is
next, and where everything stands. Designed to keep our timelines and roadmap in front of both
teams.
Frequency.
To start, this will likely be a weekly cadence, and from there we adjust it based on the scope of work in a given month. As we lock in exactly what you want and the level you want to operate at, we will schedule the meetings appropriately around the roadmap.
In Person.
While we are on-site for production, we will set aside time to sit down with you, even over lunch, to get a deeper feel for where you want to take things, brainstorm what is next, and share the trends and recommendations we are seeing. The goal throughout is to get genuinely ingrained in how you operate so the work keeps getting sharper over time
